The DW Hammer Team has been working at the Woman's Athletic Club consistently since 2018.

Projects have included:

• Renovation of an 10,000 SF space on the 2nd Floor with interior renovations of the Café, Bar, Library, Gift Shop, Drawing Room and Coat Check, Fitness Center

• Replacement of the 2nd & 8th floor steel historic windows. The lead times for the historic windows were six-months time. Manufactured by Hope’s Window Company in New York, they had the original shop drawings from the 1920’s which the DWH Team utilized for the fabrication process. Three trips to Hope’s manufacturing plant were made by the entire Team to ensure quality control, and adhering to the project schedule.

• Boilers being demolished and re-routed to rooftop to build a locker room in place where boilers are currently located. New risers & fin tubes to replace radiator. New HVAC on 2nd floor which feeds the Gift Shop , Drawing Room and restrooms

• Upgraded the HVAC that supplies the 7th and 8th floors during the Fall, 2022.
