This project also included the complete HVAC retrofit of the VW Credit facility. The DW Hammer team streamlined the efficiency of the the HVAC installations, and significantly shortened the project schedule. The scope included the replacement of approximately 40 existing rooftop units for the entire facility, additional structural steel above roof, and new BAS head end upgrades while taking place in a "live" environment. The team was able to reduce the supervision burden of the VW Credit Management Team and the JLL Project Manager.
