The project consisted of decommissioning the 1st-floor datacenter back to the original state per the lease agreement.

General Construction - Demo Scope: Removed the following raised floor and ceilings.  

Electrical Scope: Disconnect and remove all electrical connections from the main electrical distribution, including generators, ATSs, UPSs, and busways. Properly dispose of UPS batteries and diesel fuel.

Mechanical/Plumbing Scope: Decommission of rooftop condensing units, data center proper perimeter CRAC units, removal of all piping to/from the source, and capped all rooftop openings.

Fire Suppression Scope: Decommission of clean agent (FM 200 systems) &double interlocked pre-action dry pipe systems. To properly dispose of clean, the following steps must be taken: safety (proper PPE/training), understanding of local regulations, system evaluation, using licensed contractors, safe recovery/capture, transportation, disposal, and documentation.
