The MD Squared project consisted of a 2,500 SF high-end concierge doctor’s office on the 25th floor at the iconic NBC Tower in Chicago. The floor was delivered in raw condition, and the DW Hammer Team installed all new wood flooring, a private shower and bathroom, an XRay Room, a Nurses Room, 5-Doctor’s Offices, a new kitchen and much more.

MD Squared had several challenges prior to the construction of their new medical office. MD Squared signed a lease and had to be move-in ready in 10-weeks without having any vendors selected, or long lead items purchased. With the architect and the client both being from out of town, they put their trust in DW Hammer to develop a project budget and schedule, and issued for permitting immediately to expedite the process. The DW Hammer bid and awarded subcontractors within a week, completed the overall build-out in 8-weeks-time, and came in under budget with zero change orders issued.
