This project included 100,000 SF of core & shell renovations including the Design/Build of a new HVAC System including (4) fan rooms and ductwork, demolition, new exterior windows and louvers, new electrical service and distribution, new plumbing rough-in for (8) new washrooms, CMU and drywall partitions and floor leveling.

Prior to contractor selection, the landlord had been presented with a very serious challenge. The building had signed a lease for Echo Logistics that needed to commence within 16-weeks-time. Due to the aggressive schedule, DW Hammer & ESD proposed a turnkey delivery method to ensure that the project deadlines could be reached and stay within budget. DW Hammer & ESD creatively selected the required air handling units while evaluating acoustics, performance, lead times and size constraints, all within a four-day period. Ultimately, the Turnkey Team completed the project within 14-weeks, allowing the Echo Logistics project to commence two-weeks earlier than anticipated.
